Love all your recipes and your style of presenting. A big fan! But a question about using non stick cookware with stainless steel ladles and spoons. We hear so much about how teflon is unsafe and toxic, but you seem to still be using it in your kitchen and that too with stainless steel ladles etc. Wouldn't that send a wrong message to your followers given how toxic it is to use teflon that has scratches on it?
