Sir, first of all thanks for uploading on a Friday. Nowadays our weekend food is based on your video. I go for weekly veg shopping on a Friday evening or Saturday morning. Thank you Sir for your videos While doing vegetarian dishes like kadai sabzi , you can also give receipes for similar ( kadai chicken) non veg dishes not insisting you to do that . Just receipe by words will be better for NV lovers

I always feel sad when I remember my bad times and the person who gave me such a worst days in my life.. And I really feel hard to talk to them again.. But u respect the people who was the reason for ur tough times and u told bcoz of them only u have improved a lot.. After watching tat interview I changed a lot.. Am just going to ignore all my worst experience.. Going to forget everything.. Going to respect the people who r the reason for my growth.. Also U never hesitate to tell what u feel.. I did this recipe for dinner along with chappathi chef..i must say i’m not the type who prefers a semi dry sidedish that too with lot of vegetables but the sabzi you presented looked so appetizing and i convinced myself to try it..it was a huge surprise that everyone in my home including me loved it very much and the sidedish was fully grabbed..nothing was left over..I never thought this would be so yummy..Thank you so so much for this excellent sidedish chef

I am on stretch and now already made 5 dishes starting from your puli kaachal, keera vada, Gobi Manchurian, Urulai varuval and this spectacular Sabzi. Sir one small request. If you mention the quantity in spoon it would be easy for us. I always use the same quantity you mention and it comes out well. In grams it's difficult for me to estimate. After 1st time as you say I can get the grip of how much proportion is needed by myself. So just mention in spoon the quantity required.

Last night I was making kadai subzi hearing you from my cell phone on one stove and Rajma masala from the TV hotstar in another stove. We live in Australia and we stay at the Accord Metropolitan for the past 6 years when we visit Chennai the food there is so fabulous. Being vegetarians there is a good variety to choose from and all the staff are attentive. Thanks to the CEO Venkatesh Bhat. Super.

Well i think many south indians dont know hindi so they mispronounce as kasthuri methi,bcoz kasuri methi is hindi word .and i found in google that this methi(vendayam/fenugreek) was originated in a place named kasur and they started using it in their food for garnishing... so its kasuri methi. Now you know 😁

Guruji pranam 🙏 I tried your Pongal and gothsu, sir plate was swiped polished by my husband 😄. Next is this one, we get artichoke and asparagus here I’m going to add them too.
