Dearest Venkatesh Bhat sir, I’m your eklavya shisya when it comes to cooking. I was going through a rough phase in my life and cooking was the best stress bester I had and even now it is. I learnt how to cook south Indian food only by watching your vidoes. It started from when I didn’t know how to make simple poriyal, sambhar, rasam but now I can do all that and even more. The confidence which it gave me inspired me to try even harder dishes and everytime I get praise for my cooking, my heart goes out to you. This is probably one of the very few things that keeps me happy and going. You have intentionally or unintentionally made my life better sir. That too at night time they prefer either idly or dosa... Even it gets bored they think they have no other choices .. even they don't wanna have chapathi at night...
