Sir, I love this recipe. I live in a joint family and everyone loves the Pongal and the gotsu. The consistency and the taste is soooo good when compared to the usual way of making it. I am a pongal Veriyan. My mom used to do this regularly, because I like it so much and sometimes when she wants me to do some tedious house work, she used to bribe me with this pongal. Sir this pongal I tried, and it's just out of the world. To be Frank, I feel ur recipes are with rich ingredients, but u told we eat once in a while, also it should be with a good preparation. It's 💯% percent true. Many told add milk and all but really it's simple and it's tastes too good. I got the consistency of pongal. All credits to you thank u thank u so much.

Absolutely love the way u teach the recipes! Made venpongal today and followed ur recipe exactly. It came out perfectly like a cup and the ghee it definitely brought out the wow factor I made the pudina chutney yesterday and that was also perfect.
