Hi Sir, this was the recipe I was searching for long n long.. being a starter for cooking is tough task when being criticised as you can fry the veggies as tasty as my mother or my Akka... I saw this video yesterday and cooked today for lunch... I didn't imagine that I wud get appreciation.. first applause I got from my Mother-in-law following my husband and relatives..❤️❤️❤️ I would recommend every one to see your recipes and follow the same in cooking.. every starter will become good at cooking💗 Thank you so so much Sir...🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐

I have saw him in nungambakkam temple..simplest man..he spoke very decently..enga amma pathu kumbutanga vanakam ma nu..its been 3 years ..but im really happy that i met him ...ipavum unga shows pakum bodhu amma sollunga rmba nalla manushan nu..i wish him to reach highest subscriptions and earn every people love and support...we love u so much sir

Mr Venkatesh's dishes are awesome. Though I am a non vegetarian I love his dishes. He speaks about acidity caused by some dishes and water being an antidote. I have found hi ph water being excellent for this. These waters are easily available in the US and do carry ph values. Bon appetit!

super i want to taste when you are cooking yam and vazhakai.mouth watering,but i want to know why you added tamarind paste to vazhaikai .It is usual to add the tamarind paste in only yam.I asked rice roti ,pl do it with onion etc.thx

Chef, please specify where u get your kashmiri chilli....in most of the places they are giving fake chillies If it is available in amazon, please share the URL in the description...thx a lot chef... we tried your masala parotta...veraaa level ponga...
