Hi Sir, this was the recipe I was searching for long n long.. being a starter for cooking is tough task when being criticised as you can fry the veggies as tasty as my mother or my Akka... I saw this video yesterday and cooked today for lunch... Mr Venkatesh's dishes are awesome. Though I am a non vegetarian I love his dishes. He speaks about acidity caused by some dishes and water being an antidote. I have found hi ph water being excellent for this. These waters are easily available in the US and do carry ph values. Bon appetit!

In Udupi it is done the same way with a little change. After marinating, the vegetable pieces will be dusted with rice flour and then placed on the Thawa.
