Raag Vridavanni Sarang which is sung here is the basic Raag of different types Sarang raags. Sarangs in general are though to evoke a Playful, Romantic, Happy and an appreciative mood. Hence the notation that you have referred to may be pertaining to some other raga or atleast I tried my best to recognise the song by doing various permutation and combination but couldn't recognise it.
