Yummy sir.. In traditional kadambam sadam we add country grown vegetables like brinjal, avaraikkai, sweet potato, chow chow, pumpkin, Ash guard and ladies fingers.. We also add raw groundnuts along with tube and dhal.. Loved your sambar podi recipe with gasagasa and finer tips to be observed.. Going to cook this immediately for lunch
