சார் அருமை சார். எங்கள் வீட்டில் கடலை பூரணம் மைதா மேல் மாவில் செய்வார்கள். அரிசி உளுந்தில் செய்யலாம் என்று இப்போது தான் தெரிகிறது. பயனுள்ள பதிவு சார். உங்களை மிகவும் பிடிக்கும். தொலைகாட்சி யில் உங்கள் நிகழ்ச்சி கள் நிறைய பார்த்து உள்ளேன். இந்த இனிப்பிற்கு பல பெயர்கள் உண்டு என்று சொன்னீர் கள். அதில் ஒரு பெயர் சுகியன் சார்

My mother in law use to do it nicely during pongal celebration.I thought this type dishes are not available in shops and no one knows about it. But after bhat sir making I feel it is known dish for all.

My grand mother used to tell us to prepare always for Saraswati Puja as a must neivedhyam because the outer maavu will be like our skull and poornam represents the brain inside.
