Sir this pongal I tried, and it's just out of the world. To be Frank, I feel ur recipes are with rich ingredients, but u told we eat once in a while, also it should be with a good preparation. My wife always used to follow venkatesh bhat's recipes only. Last time she cooked so well following both pongal and gosthu. It was fantastic. I am aged 65 and lost her due to covid in May this year. Now no one is there for me to share cooking as well as memories
