I use this as Service Tech and as a hobbyist, been handling this unit for about a year now, I love the simplicity of the DVM. It’s not nearly as fast processing or highly accurate as the fluke but it does the job and cost way cheaper.

Thank you for the video and thank you for being upfront that you were sent this for review. You mention a couple times this is an upgrade to the 600A. Can you let me know what the differences are between the 600A and 600M?

Tim, off the top of my head, I don't remember. I suspect maybe upgraded range or adding a flashlight or something?

Oh, Jim. Really? There was no "pico" signal. It was nano. You translated 0.8nF to 800pF in your head. Meter was correct, your narration needs some work. 😗 Also, I wonder how "true" is the True RMS. It would take an arbitrary function generator and calculatin' to most reliably know. In ye olden days, TRMS was measured thermally...dump signal into calibrated sensor and measure temperature rise. Not sure if there is a better way these days. DSP for sure, but that's a big hammer for a small nail.

Math. I hate it. I try to watch and catch the misspeaks, sometimes I miss. As far as true rms - A lot of this I gotta take at face value. True enough for a hobbyist, I suppose. Thanks for watching!
