I wasn't expecting this. Really happy you reviewed this one. I'm liking this piece more and more. Not a fan of the 'toes' either but the issue that concerned me was the upper vs lower scale proportions. I prefer an in shape Venom but the legs look off. Other than that, I think its a beautiful piece.

I really love this piece! I like my Venom more monstrous and inhuman. I love that PCS went pure black with gray highlights (like more recent comics) instead of that terrible (IMHO) old school blue. I wish you spoke more about the base to give us more of an idea on how this dynamic pose is balanced and could possibly hold up over time without leaning or breakages.

Just had a killer experience...I was in line for my local comic book store,waiting for it to open. I started talking to another guy I see all the time there about all the new books that came out this week. After awhile their was about 12 of us standing in the rain,total strangers talking about fictional characters and our favorite writers,artists,story lines ect. It was very refreshing and a nice temporary escape from the 2020 shit show. No politics,no canidates...nothing that keeps me up at night. Just a bunch of comic book fans talking about comic books.
