The Venom symbiote itself is awesome. The face, physique and its morbid dialogue are spot on. Although the lack of the white spider is slightly distracting. I'm not completely sold on everything else since my expectations are lower than the Greek underworld (not helped either by the skipping of Spider-Man's part in the origin which is essential to the character). But I will give it a chance, at least for the satisfaction of seeing the Venom symbiote in its proper glory.

I don't know the entire lore when it comes to Spiderman/Venom. However I do know that Venom get's the spider logo (i thought it was a bat) on his chest after he was in Spiderman's body. He loved being attached to someone as powerful and deadly as Spiderman with a high potential to go dark side to the point he adopted his own warped spider logo. This is gonna follow a different lore it seems.

Lilsmartkid 010 I honestly don’t even know what the fuck you’re saying anymore, so I’ll just make a general statement. Venom doesn’t have a big body like that until after he has bonded with Spider-Man. Even though he’s stronger he has several weaknesses and Spider-Man beats Venom by exploiting those weaknesses. Don’t know why you would say fuck the comics because that’s all this came from....?? Doesn’t seem really logical to try to disregard the material that the story is based on does it? You keep saying Spider-Man is just a high schooler who was bitten by a spider, yeah he was, and he can lift multiple tons over his head, can dogs bullets at point blank range, and has fought Thanos, it doesn’t make sense to have Venom origin movie without Spider-Man.
