early on when they are bonded it doesn't happen all the time, there are moments where venoms influence spikes. Like after this scene when Peter gets especially angry his eyes change to venoms murky eyes instead of peters lenses. So I think it’s still possible

This Spider-Man games are not following any comics. Tinkerer is a girl and is a friend of Miles, Miles is Spider-Man but Peter is not dead, Hammerhead turned into a big robot.
