They need to make the 3rd one about green goblin with a symbiote side story slowly evolving around carnage. Have the original symbiote find its way to Harry and reviving him in time when Carnage is at large. Carnage being to powerful for both Miles and Peter have Venom be playable again and save both of their lives fighting Carnage. That could easily top this game. Have new villians like chameleon and morbius introduced.

Red Goblin would be a VERY good idea to go for as well. Have Norman fail against Spiderman and then go Red Venom after Carnage chooses to become the Red Goblin and leave Cletus. Though it seems like they teased Knull a LOT in this game, so its possible that is 'end game'

They sorta kinda turned Venom into General Zod in a way, didnt they? Like the whole plot is he wants to take over earth to "cure" it and turn it into a Symbiote Utopia. Thats kinda what Zod wants for Krypton and Earth in DC. Except Venom basically turns people into Zombies to make his ends meet, as well as terraforming, rather than just full blown nuking earth like Zod would. Unrelated too but I loved how they really upped the body horror aspects of Venom for this game. Made him into a John Carpenter movie monster, and that's fucking amazing because the original Venom was meant to be something similar, it's no longer a CGI mess or just a black liquid that slowly turns into a costume. It's a parasitic alien that actually moves with the animalistic tendancies of a parasite. Fuckin great.

I agree. Knull feels like a symbol of everything that's gone wrong with Symbiotes in the comics of the 21st Century. Just really overly complicated and trying too hard to be edgy. He isn't dead. They made it appear that way. But he's not dead. They establish in this game that just like in the comics, part of the symbiote remains bonded to its host permanently at the cellular level. Harry definitely has Venom still in him, but a dormant version, or dormant offspring of the original Venom. This will likely, imo, lead to Harry becoming Agent Venom, Eddie Brock getting a symbiote and becoming a villain for a short period before becoming the lethal protector, and multiple symbiotes and Spider-People fighting Red Goblin in the 4th game. Low-key also unrelated but I hope Spider-Man 3 gives a reason for Miles to not be around so that Peter can fight Green Goblin all on his own.

The whole point of that is that the symbiote amplifies all of your negative aspects. She doesn't completely believe that. The symbiote just takes those intrusive thoughts and lets them control you. Also MJ did a lot of stuff in this game. She was right there facing off against Venom at the end with the two Spider-Men
