it's debatable if Homelander couldn't have lifted the plane without a platform to stand on, since it seemed like a possibility to Queen Mave. It's possible he could have with admittedly considerable effort. so instead I'll point to Venom on many occasions overpowering two Spider-Men, both of which have easy city level feats better than most of the Seven have, and one getting their abilities greatly enhanced just by wearing the Venom symbiote. Even when heavily sedated and docile as Agent Venom it's abilities were very comparable to Peter's. If anything I'd say Venom lifting the school was somewhat of a casual feat lol Homelander meanwhile couldn't get up when three normal strengthed supes were holding him down, or was knocked down by a car falling ontop of him Venom is gonna mutilate his face like Davy Jones did to that guy in the third pirates movie XD

Venom is immune to fire, electricity and is pretty resistant to sound so there's not a lot that Homelander can do since Venom can regenerate incredibly fast. Keep in mind as well, Venom took over a city in a few seconds with his pet rock.

Also keep in mind symbiotes in general have a one touch kill the minute one gets on you its game over for you they can take you over and jump off respawn to the previous host and it will have your powers or just take you over completely
