Its been 2 years since i have been using my dell g15 5515 ryzen 5 5600h rtx 3050 16gb ram and i will be honest its not like i never had any issue but i can say that all the issues got resolved within 3-4 days full part replacement for free at home. Literally so happy that i picked dell g15 and bought the extra warranty🔥🔥💙💙I will recommend dell as a brand to everyone in terms of service I love how it still gives me 5-6 hrs battery backup

I have been using this laptop for last 5 month.... Bought it on big billion day sale..at 77k. The laptop is sturdy.... My friends have the victus... In terms of build quality and thermal .... victus doesn't come near this beast... Drawback of g15 are less battery, display and weight. Positive good performance, better resale value, mostly oriented towards official work like I am a mechanical student CAD CAM CAE software runs smoothly. Good for multi tasking, the speaker are really good.😊 The cooling fan are much good as compared to other laptop in the price. I am not a full time gamer . 😅

been using my dell G15 2022 version with i5 12th gen and 3050(4gb) for 6 months. The thermals are great for me, even while playing miles morales the temperature didnt increase more than 75 degrees and while playing valorant in high settings and getting temperatures on avg 65-70 with 25-30 degree room temperature. Got no problem with this beast! except the slighly low battery life for me and the alienware command center problem 😕

Bought Dell G15 5520, i5 12500H ,8Gb Model last year. Pros : Good thermals, Peak performance, Good overclocking options , superb Boot menu, Nvidia Optimus, Warranty Support, Better than expected display Cons : Super Heavy, Poor battery life, Software support is unreliable I have also upgraded adding one more 8GB stick, which I recommend. Also , If you use it mostly on AC power, I recommend changing the graphics from Hybrid to Dedicated GPU only for peak performance as it has some issues with understanding when to use the Integrated GPU and the Dedicated one. This can be done from the Boot menu, which has lots of other cool, options that can help you customize the laptop more.

bro ,i have the same variant and i won't recommend using dGPU (advanced optimus off) because it has some software issue where your laptop randomly shuts down .This is the problem with dell and even alienware laptops

@@titans6859 it's a decent laptop regarding thermals, It reaches 80-85 degrees for cpu and for gpu it's mostly around 70 degrees, But it's not a big problem for me ,as I use cooling pad, which lowers the temp further, I wouldn't say maximum, but fans get pretty noticeably noisy in heavy gaming.

i got it for 85k same specs and extra 6k for 1 more year of warranty! i got it because it looks the sleekest and better than others in similar price range. It do performs well. Games wise I just play valorant for now. only negatives so far are : heavy ( not a ton problem for me cz I use it on my desk ) and it wont last more than 2 hrs without plugged in. ( same case with most gaming laptops ) I would say its like a laptop which isn't the Very best like the expensive ones ( 2L+ ) and its not shitty either. its more than enough for me for now.

12th class me liya tha dell g15 (4 vram wala variant) computer science ke practicals ke excuses ki badolat abh (after 2 years) new gen games ko run bhi nhi kar pata cuz min requirements abh 16 gb ram hoti he mostly n old variant was 8gb although, What I think its just decent cannot expect 4k gaming with ray tracing on a 60k machine but I feel if I saw more of your videos in the past could've gone for a even better option 😂

Dell g15 5520 user here 🔺 Dell g15 always have temperature problem because of it's alianFx software issue. So if you Play games on performance mode ,the temp. will rise . My suggestion is that you Play it on balanced mode it will automatically adjust fan speed accordingly. So far it's a great laptop for me. I played uncharted 4 on it High to medium settings and temp. were about 70°C. In starting of winters 2023. Update - There was an update for AlianFx software and now it runs smoothly without any heating issue. Playing GTA 5 on highest possible graphics IN MAY SUMMERS TEMPRATURE WERE AROUND 80 - 85 °C (NOTE My area temperature in summer are near 47°c . and Just using fan in room and laptop stand in must) 👍🏻

​@@aditya_padhi22true that RTX 2050 is good for budget guys (agar below 50,000 ka pade) and RTX 4050 is good for a bit medium high range performance guys (at around 75,000) RTX 3050 ka sirf ek hi sahi laptop aaya hai abhi takk and it's the Lenovo one (Ryzen 5 6600H waala) I wish other brands also make decent laptops in near future with RTX 3050, and offer atleast 6GB ones at around 60k Then it would be nice deals worth getting Abhi toh overpriced chal rahe hain

I own 3050 lap and so far I could play most games in 1080p low to med and in some games at high settings . No complaints. Using FSR3 mod just gives next level performance

im using the dame laptop, only bad thing is the weight for carrying purposes and battery backup. If you dont mind carring 3kgs in your bag and use it majorly plugged in. Go for it, Dell is the best brand in case of customer service.

its just been some months i took g15 and i can play fortnite on highest settings for long hours without any heating issues gta it heats up a bit on high graphics but on medium settings its good

I had a terrible experience with a Dell laptop: Bought an Inspiron series laptop in 2018 with an i3-6006u chip for study purposes. In 2019, motherboard got damaged, replaced under warranty. In 2019 October, faced battery issues, battery was replaced. In 2020, laptop became slow, advised to add a SATA SSD for performance improvement, but no significant change. In 2021, battery problem recurred, replaced again. In 2022, faced automatic restart issue with loud noise from keyboard. Eventually sold the Dell laptop in June 2023 and switched to an HP Victus laptop, experiencing smooth performance. User concludes that HP and Asus are the best laptop brands. Dell? Never again. HP and Asus are the way to go for laptops.

Don't buy victus chat, it overheats and thermal throttles very much. Moreover hp has a reputation over overheating and hinge problem. I got squeaky hinge too but got resolved after some oiling session 😂😂 On the good side it has better screen, light weight, better battery life, and bigger track pad and better first 30-40 min gaming xp. Onthe other hand build quality is not at all good
