Most of the users as well as e commerce sites miss mentioning the type of display panel. Guys don't go blindly for hd or fhd unless the panel is TFT TN. Go for atleast IPS. Else be ready to suffer with watching experience. I have suffered a lot due to my previous expensive yet one with TN panel laptop .

I purchased MSI Crosshair 16Hx at 103.4 K from Amazon with configuration of 14650hx 4060 16gb 1TB .. delivery was not done yesterday and today even though it was out for delivery .. it was saying delivery attempted.. but delivery team was saying wrong 😕 thing they never called or attempted any delivery .... Infact other orders are getting delivered from Amazon with no hassle quite strange .. I escalated it 2 times they said they can give delivery team number with pin but they can't call them.. so when I am calling them they are not responding . Now most of the products from Amazon is also not getting delivered and no clarity whatsoever..even after multiple escalations to backend delivery team. It sucks 😞

I don't know about laptops costing more than 1 lakh . 70-80 k touch screen laptops are shitty , they are not reliable, in 3 years you will face issue regarding multiple touch, faster performance degradation and shitty battery backup. They're just not built according to their price tag, cheap build and not good for longer usage.

Please take inputs from Lenovo regarding whether they have parts availability and if there are any defects in the components of this laptop. I raised a ticket in June 2024 about issues with the laptop, but Lenovo has yet to resolve them due to parts unavailability. On 29th October, a technician visited after I reached out via Facebook. However, the technician disconnected the WiFi and had raised a ticket for the motherboard, which I had originally reported within 20 days of delivery. Despite this, Lenovo has still not created a work order to replace the motherboard. Lenovo may launch multiple models, but they seem to *lack the ability and capability to resolve customer issues* and replace defective products. Lenovo is worst company ever deal with.

Anyone, how's thinking to buy Lenovo loq laptop i would suggest not buy the 13th,14th gen and customized laptop instead go for 12th gen. The reason is there were many motherboard dead issues, battery drain as well as some other issues. Regarding battery backup while charging heavy task (with performance mode on) kr te vakt maximum 3-5% battery drop ho sakta hai Aur agar bina charging ke use kr raho ho with thermal mode on Quiet aur battery saver on toh around 2hours expect kr sakte ho Aur laptop heavy task ke liye use krte wakt airflow accha rakhna kyuki laptop kafi heat maar taa hai BTW kitne ka pada
