I am trying to segment ventricles in an mris of my brain, but I am not sure what scans to use, I am assuming FLAIR would give the most contrast. also would it be easier to use the seeding feature in this case? can you mention the utility of using different scans to segment different features, I know it matters but I am not exactly sure what scans are good for what features in terms of segmentation. thanks for the great vid!
