Ventum S Bridge Connector and Panel Locker

Trade fair innovation number two is still in the prototype stage, so the details of the product may still change. The frame connector attracted a lot of interest at the fair.
We have a part of the frame profile of our system frame here and there is always the question of how to firmly connect the panel that I want to put on top of this frame. We have the advantage here that we have these little windows. And in this little window we can fix this new component which can be screwed into the top.
You see, there is a thread in the top here. I can fix this here. This can then remain here forever or be put in another position where it might be better placed. Now I can fix it from above through my plate by means of this screw. I always find the hole and I always have a very, firm hold. The plate is also pressed down, which means that if a plate should wing, that's no problem either.
I get a very high contact pressure on the panel and therefore the panel is fixed excellently and later on it will not rattle.
At this point we thought that we could do the same for two frames next to each other. An additional advantage is that we can also connect the frames to each other in this way. So we have two advantages at once: firstly, the attachment from above through the plate and secondly, the connection of the frames underneath each other. Let me show you how this works. So we have this part again, which is put back into these little windows and as before I can now screw in from above and at the same time I have the possibility to connect these frames with each other through this protruding wedge.
Now we'll work out together how to do that in detail. We have the back here, which of course now has to be fixed here somehow, which I do by putting a screw here. Probably there will be some plastic toggles at the end and then I will have the possibility to fix the plate from above. You can see here how it works.
Now I connect the two bridges. Anyone who has ever worked with this knows what it's good for.
And now screw the plate to frame number 1 and to frame number 2 and everything is connected and firm and immovable.
