This is the guy Blake that claimed his FL homes but they are in Huntington Beach they call him the con artist and showed the address which Zillow doesn’t show his purchase or claims to be valid. Why couldn’t he show us the behind the scenes details or the property. Don’t trust it

Also- if you do make a video, please tag me in it! I’d really love to learn. I’m a skateboarder of 19 years but close to 5 years ago I tore my ACL, MCL & Meniscus resulting in osteoarthritis and eventually had to get a partial knee replacement(I’m only 32 as of today) so without being able to skateboard much anymore I’d love to find something else to invest my time and energy into, especially if it will help me out financially. @@pvdsteve811 Hey man, welcome to this side of the world. First step is always follow your curiosity. It's not as intimidating once you get started. You just need to learn and learn and learn. Resources that helped me get off the ground: 1) Bigger Pockets podcast - listen to anything there, real life stories of people getting started. 2) Books - Authors such as Brandon Turner for step by step guide or Robert Kiyosaki for mindset.
