Venture in Management Program (ViMP) 2018 Class

So does it means someone like me who has a very broad knowledge about businesses, it's strategies, and highly skilled in so many areas like good communications, business analysis, good listening skill, organizing and negotiation skill, and also has a good decision making skill, but has a second class lower division due to my school's corrupt system and mismanagement of student's data entry, we do not have any hope in this program at all? Because I feel my course of study doesn't really define who i am or my abilities and skills. Please I need a response on this

Hello, one of the requirements is to graduate with a minimum of second class, upper division. However, if you think you have a compelling story, you can give it a shot. Thank you.
