Question, when I try this exact same loadout in Ventures, my bear already dacays 8 seconds before I can place again. By you it is almost infinite, how?

1:38 You need to use your teddy with a fragment so you can have your cooldown reduced even further

This is the best build for the Blasted Badlands season, but outside of that you'd need to find other builds.
