A rugged, simple and lightweight air operated pump that requires no priming and is capable of moving approximately 15,000 litres of water per hour, with a cost that is low enough to enable all crews to have one as standard equipment, thereby reducing waiting time and the high cost of hiring conventional equipment.
Unlike conventional pumping machines, the ESSIG pump will not clog or seize up when faced with small stones, mud, slurry, sludge, etc and is ideal when fast and efficient removal of water is required.
In tests the ESSIG pump when used with a single tool compressor, pumped water to a height of 4 ½ metres and is currently in use with the gas, water and electricity authorities as well as nationally known contractors.

If you would like to discuss how to build an air nozzle that will outperform your current unit let no . I can reduce the air consumption of this device . It would be free information as friends , Perhaps we could discuss building you a proto type nozzle . and how to build a dual stage unit for cleaning wells and draining deep tanks . This would work well for sea gold mining equipment as well .

Why not put the air coupling at the top of the veturi pipe and lead the airpipe next to the venturi so it may fit in tighter spaces??? And you don't have to submerge the air hose in sludge.

i’m not sure but would the pump lift as well….if the pipe was 20 feet high that’s a lot of suction need to bring the water up. But if the hose were closer to the base it would be forcing the water up rather than pulling it up

Does it work in deep well 200_300 meters as our pumpset if drilled for 250 meters and the water level is in 200mts so by putting submersible pump the what will drain immediately and pumpset runs dry so instead of pumpset if I use this v pump there will be no harm to compressor if the water level is there water will be pumped if not air will be out let please let me know if it works or not

That is TERRIBLE performance. Use a basic, simple surface pump with a foot valve instead. Then you can move a lot of water much faster with greater head... and you don't require a huge air compressor.
@dimastarostin8514
@dimastarostin8514 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it's cheap and simple, BUT it's a very inefficient method. As soon as the discharge hose rises from the water, the productivity drops, the higher the rise, the worse the work. And if you also need to transport somewhere on the side, then the work is even worse! Understand, this works due to air bubbles that float in the water and create traction. But air bubbles don't work on the suction (in not water).

It really depends on the size of pipe and the air flow. The longer the pipe, the more lift. The bigger the diameter, the less drag. The more air, usually, the more lift... The issue, is this thing is designed to lift sludgey water (at least what they show) 4.5m or ~15ft, your talking about 4x that. I'm not sure if it would work, but you might look at a ram pump (but I think they need water to be falling, before the pump...).
@ZsOtherBrother
@ZsOtherBrother 3 жыл бұрын
1) Use a venturi pump to drive a ram pump, trading water volume for height. 2) Build a bigger venturi pump : requires larger air volume AND higher pressure. 2) Use several venturi pumps to pump the water in stages : requires larger air volume. 3) A smaller pipe diameter means less water volume and weight to pump, but I suspect that due to limitations (both theoretical and practical) it may not solve your problems. Good luck

Can we use this v pump for submersible 200 mts depth..?
@ZsOtherBrother
@ZsOtherBrother 3 жыл бұрын
That's a very good question! My 1st thought when I've read your question was "why would you want to pump water from 200m deep?", assuming "submersible" means the entire pipe is in the water, (if you just wanted to pump water from a 200m well, you'd say so, right? and then the question would be much less interesting, and the answer much easier:)). If all you wanted was a well pump, see my reply to @Bar Kadista. Otherwise, keep reading... Disregarding the "why", I then thought "why not?". For "water in water" movement, all you need is to overcome friction and hydrodynamic resistance inside the pipe... and also get that mass of the water column inside the pipe to move at operating speed. Then I realized: the second (working) stage might never be reached!?! If I'm not mistaken, for a 60mm diameter pipe, a 200m column of sea water is ~565.5 litres, and weighs about 580kg, (fresh water is about 1kg:1litre, so 565.5kg). Add friction and turbulence, and you may never achieve any meaningful movement. I leave further calculations and experiments to you :) Good luck.

A better methodology is to incorporate a full-bore dip tube using a reversed foot valve. Doing that is a much more efficient way to extract a large bollis of water, without suctioning sand and debris.

theuse0003 The principle should work with water coming in, constricting in the Venturi pressure chamber, hence causing a suction from the well which in turn should pull the water up. This would make This work without electricity.
