Everyone's referencing "Gone" by Coldrain, and while that's true, I'm also getting some heavier "Shapeshifters" vibes by Hands Like Houses. The vocal melody of the chorus is strikingly similar at times, and the acoustic version of "Shapeshifters" (called "recollect") begins with a *slightly* slower clap intro. It immediately came to mind when I heard this song for the first time. And please don't think of this as me hating (because I love Venues) or accusing Venues of plagiarism (because that's clearly not the case at all). Rather, I think they're broadcasting their influences as a band, and that's great. "Gone" and "Shapeshifters" are both incredible songs, and so is "We Are One."

I think this song was awesome when heard it and yes can understand how it sounds like hands like houses abit and coldrain but they all are so different as hands like houses are amazing,one if my favourite bands but venues also sound different as two singers one female on vocals and a male on screaming vocals witch I love and it's fresh.not many bands around who sound like this with a female and male vocalist.

We are one by venues reminds me of the vibrato jazz club owned by herb alpert In BEVERLY Glen California. Around 2012 2013 I was there with a friend and a singer was there. A group of men were at a front table a little older than myself. At the bar were 8 men who dressed and looked like my father when he was sober. The kurt brothers father including kurt Cobain. A chameleon with a hair flap in one incidence and a nicely dressed young man from the upper sects of society and some times he appeared as donald Cobain in the possum wig as I thought of it as a child. When I was leaving the concert and dinner venue one of the 8 men stood in front of me and said “you are one”. I paused and then stepped around the man. I had been in a coma with repeated hits to the head before birth blunt force puncture and in my childhood and teens and twenties with electrical stunning equipment and in the end injections and brain puncture in federal USA bank examiner employment. Injuries with no workers comp and 18 year brain stroke. Kurt Brown saintrambone Mobile Audit Club . I may go back to vibrato some time. If I had not been in the coma I may have spoken. I may go back if the vibrato is still there. It was very nice in those years yet I could not afford vibrato at $150 for two meals. Tom Ray Bizarro and I kurt brown saintrambone should come to the vibrato. I will rewrite partial lyrics to we are one.
