I have this aspect at a tight 3 degree orb (but Venus is separating) and I do this, omg! Can we talk about the scenarios we create of how the other person is trying to deceive or get one up on us... I guess I do this so that when the shoe drops, I know which exit to use. One thing about me as well, with a Venus square I often feel like relationships threaten my value slash independence. I will say that I've gotten better but it takes a bit of time. I'm mastering this aspect

Wow yeah I can definitely relate to this video! My Venus is in gemini and it's opposite my Pluto in sagittarius. Last year I had this friend who was really insecure, and she would ty to make me feel bad about myself to make herself feel better. Since I've stopped being friends with her, I've started to really value myself, and I'm working on healing from a lot of things so I don't take my issues out on other ppl. That friendship was really painful but it showed me what I don't want to be like and lead me to being much more confident today! :)

Venus and Pluto conjunct, Libra 3rd house. Self worthiness is a big theme in my lifetime, and stems likely from past lifetimes, I imagine. The all or nothing sexual patterning, plays out as long extended years of solid loyal partnership to long extended periods of celibacy. Difficulty seeing and owning my self worth, easy for me to loyally love others, not so easy receiving acknowledgment from others, and be allowing of my self to feel and be loved. I know my self worth and self-esteem. It is the outsider whom I am alert about how they treat me in a relationship based on their own self! this is so real…. my sag pluto squares my venus in pisces loosely (8 degrees) and it’s still maybe the most dominating theme in my life despite the orb. if i don’t feel valued in the way i value myself i feel deeply angry and disgusted and will terminate the relationship or friendship entirely. but when i’m actually valued in the way i value myself, all too often it’s someone who is out to steal my creative ideas or dominate me or try to be just like me with no regard for my personal boundaries, and i feel objectified in some way. it’s been really hard to find an in between

I look at how he uses what he has to live a positive and impactful life. I want to see him building and stacking up while pouring concrete influences in the real world. This is very interesting. I have Saturn retrograde in the 7th house. I've always had horrible friendships My love life is nonexistent compared to my other peers. I had my Saturn opposition for most of 2018. My thought patterns and cycle about friendships were very karmic and bad. So my Saturn opposition was hell and I was depressed until Saturn went retrograde. when Saturn went retrograde, it felt like euphoria. This happiness I have never felt in my life during the summer and beginning of my school year. I felt like I had people actually wanting to be friends with me which what I wanted. But when Saturn went direct, I hit the ground again because I did not learn my lesson yet, However, right as Saturn left its opposition, pluto began to square my venus. I have venus trine pluto in my birth chart. during this time, I realized a lot about myself and lost another friend. So last year I healed a lot and reflected. My pluto square venus is not going on right now, but it will retrograde soon and finally leave in like a year. I had to drop a really good friend because I'm so not healed and ready for a healthy relationship, but I have hope that I will be soon. Hopefully, this is Saturn giving me my test now so he does not beat my ass later in life 😂

The trick with Pluto that I've discovered is that you have to speak up. Use your voice. I've noticed that since Pluto is so deep and complicated, it can feel difficult to express yourself to people without such a strong Pluto aspect. So often times we can have problems communicating. But once you communicate it becomes easier. Drawing boundaries doesn't mean you'll lose people. Boundaries are very very good.

So I have Venus in Pisces trine Pluto Scorpio and I've been going through a transit of Pluto crossing over my AC sextiling my Venus. Aaaall the demons have come to the surface 😂😂 I'm taking full responsibility for my lack of self worth love and the projections I've thrown onto others like hot piles of dog poop 😭💩 both Uranus AND Neptune came to play transiting over my Venus too and boy oh boyy has it been an interesting one to say the least. A comment to the Pluto square Venus... somewhere inside of us, there's something telling us that these things that others value about us are less important than what we value about ourselves. But really, every part of us in invaluable. Who are we to be the judge of which part someone deeply connects to and does not? It is beauty to let someone be themseves and let their heart be lit by our flame because we are whole. And we need to accept that all parts of us are beautiful as they are ugly. -- We are otherwise not embracing our full power if we are unable to see the depth and accept the depth and possibility. We will find so much beauty in deeper understanding ourselves when we allow ourselves to love these parts that others love and not push them away as less. Thanks for the video Tan. I have the square, but it's an out of sign square, with a 7° orb. (9H Venus in Leo Square 12H Pluto at 29° Libra; Pluto is my Chart Ruler, if that makes a difference). How does that change things? Does it make it like the square but just a less extreme version? Or does it act more like a sextile or an inconjunct maybe? I've definitely had big self esteem issues, that I'm finally managing to heal, age 36! But afaik, I've not been projecting my self esteem issues onto others, but rather just been hiding my Light under a bushel, so to speak. The last part that you said about the square, did resonate strongly though. People tell me that it's like I can see their Soul, their Light, even if they have a hard time expressing it. They feel seen, understood, valued. I've even had someone tell me, that he feels HUMAN only with me, because I see past all the crap he does to try to push people away, and I see past all the external, physical stuff that maybe other people don't see past. I only just recently, (since learning to love myself), saw how beautiful a quality this is, and I intend to use it consciously now, whereas before it was unconscious. I've been through a lot in this life, but I'm gradually converting all the pain and struggles into a bunch of superpowers that I intend to use to help others going forward. I am truly grateful for all of it.

It can be similar to a square BUT won't show up in someone's life until they have dealt with other major aspects in their chart FIRST. Semisquare is a very minor aspect.
