I missed the #grab thing with the first video - I have Venus/Pluto conjunct natally, my husband has his natal Pluto squaring his Venus conjunct Mercury and his natal Jupiter is at 25’17” of Capricorn. Right now we’re discovering Death. He is now in the end stages of hospice care at home. We’re both Libra rising and the critical degree is at the end of my third house and in his fourth. I fully expect to be widowed when Venus finally exits her shadow, if not before… These days are indeed a harrowing and transformative passage, but they are also surprisingly filled with deep raw emotion, a strange beauty and a profound Love. I await the future with much gratitude for our 30 year marriage (yes, there’s a Saturn connection between us as well). The current astrological signatures are actually rather comforting, in that I’m being reassured that all is unfolding as it should in its proper time. Thank you so much for this short series - you have helped me a great deal🙏

The name Ploutōn came into widespread usage with the Eleusinian Mysteries, in which Pluto was venerated as both a stern ruler and a loving husband to Persephone. The couple received souls in the afterlife and are invoked together in religious inscriptions, being referred to as Plouton and as Kore respectively. Hades, by contrast, had few temples and religious practices associated with him, and he is portrayed as the dark and violent abductor of Persephone. Both Hades and Pluto refer to the same figure but Hades is the dark destructive violent part of him whereas Pluto is the more positive part of him.

@Morrigan Le Strange I watched a 2022 Astrology forecast with Acyuta and several other astrologers on another channel. I believe when they discussed the Venus Pluto transit they highlighted how it is not always necessary to broadcast the depth of our transformational process to the world - or anyone for that matter. In an age of social media and people over sharing each step of what they are undergoing, we can lose the alchemical potency of the transformation.

On Sept 17, 1925, Frida Kahlo was in a terrible bus accident (many passengers were killed). She was suffered a fractured pelvis and a rail punctured her abdomen and uterus. Her spine was broken in 3 places , right leg in 11 places, dislocated shoulder and broken collarbone. She was hospitalized for over a month and was bedridden at home for several months in a plaster cast. That’s when she turned to painting. She lived in pain all her life. Would be interesting to see what that date looks like on her chart. Edit - she also contracted polio at age 6 and the disease crippled her right leg.

#grabbed Venus/Pluto: one of my best friends dumped another of our good female friends out of the blue. Since this behavior is very out of character, the two of us (me & the dumpee) pieced together some other odd things happening around this time (impulsive spending & travel) & think she might be going through a breakthru episode of mania from her long well-controlled bipolar. A side note is the dumpee’s husband just left her & has already moved in with another woman. Yikes!!

This happened to my daughter about 6 months ago. Out of the blue, and totally unexpected. She never thought he was the type to stray. I warned her he's libel to show up in a Venus retrograde (as it often happens) and to be careful. Those reunions rarely last after Venus has passed it's shadow.

#grabbed My 8-yearold son came home from school yesterday and wanted me to follow him into his closet in his room, as he had a secret to tell. As we were on the floor in the closet, he whispered that he now has a girlfriend, Hanna. He said: It must be kept a secret, don't tell anyone. And then for the rest of the evening he was writing "secret love notes" to her. He showed me this morning. he even had made a map over the schoolyard, so that they could walk together to some bushes where he would give her the love notes. Hahaha! I feel so blessed to know this secret :D Please don't tell anyone :D

#Grabbed, Venus conjunct Pluto. I tested positive for Covid on Saturday. I have mild cold symptoms and have been isolating in my room reading old journals. I am working on constructing an autobiographical timeline to which I will add transits with which to examine my life. My journals seem to mostly be records of past sexual exploits and intense spiritual experiences (read Sag sun and stellium of planets in Scorpio). I have been shocked by some of the material that has surfaced. At times in my life I was contacting layers of intense rage at how I felt suppressed in my childhood and how much power I have given away over my life that was expressed in images of my inner child as a wild tornado of teeth and claws, holding an executioner's axe "the axe has surfaced". Musing over ambivalence regarding being overpowered that including eroticism and rage at my oppressors (various men, the patriarchy etc). With Venus in the 5th house in Libra, giving life to these internal states through art and theater has has been a theme through out my life. After going back and reading this material, I am certainly glad that I have a strong and healthy Saturn and filters that have kept me from acting all of this stuff out on stage or otherwise!!

#grabbed Venus Pluto conjunction I’m an actor and when venus and Pluto were conjunct in 2013, I was struggling with the fallout of a theatre show where I had been playing a character based on my own life. The director had used abusive tactics to trigger emotion in the rehearsal room, and delved into our past traumas to write the script. 3 of the 5 actors ended up in the psych ward during the conjunction.

#grabbed Venus/Pluto & Mercury The theme for me Acyuta has been around the women in & throughout my life. It started last Monday when one of my sisters had a fall & I had to take her to A&E, shes recovering well thankfully, I brought her dinners each day so she can rest her knee. On Monday too I drove my other sister to see her consultant with her back as my mam had very bad vertigo that day. I spent my busy (Mercury) but enjoyable day with my three sisters & my mam together which is a rare thing. My mam has not being feeling to good all week so between work & family commitments Iv been spending a lot of time with her. We went for lunch on Saturday, it was her mother's 40th anniversary & my mam told me about her grandmother & her close relationship & I wrote a short story, posted it on my fb page about my memory of my nan passing away that night from my perspective as a young child. My aunts, great aunts, cousins all commented on it & left their fond memories of my nan. It has been such a lovely week for me. Thank you Acyuta The story was my excitement for the magic Santa & seeing a falling star the same night that she passed away (Neptune thrown in the mix too 🙂 Aquarius Rising

#grabbed during the last Venus Pluto conjunction in January I revealed to my parents the fact that I have been writing poetry since middle school (Venus) as well the severity of my depression and suicidal thoughts (Pluto). At that time my depression reached its lowest point (Pluto) but almost all of my family members and friends showered me with love and support (Venus). Just noting the timing of this aspect. In Canada, an announcement of apology by the government was made on the systemic sexual harrasment in the military. Encouraging change, tying in both significations of Venus, Pluto and Uranus. With Mars in Sagittarius, the work on change is finally starting, with a woman leading the review of current military hierachies and structures.

Interesting to see the recurring theme of gender and not just sexual orientation here. My husband has a natal venus-pluto conjunction in Scorpio in his 2nd house and he has always privately considered transitioning. (We live in a super conservative society where these notions are dangerous to make public, but I do call him my wife in private and hopefully we can live somewhere where he can afford to explore this further and experiment with pronouns) But also, and this is nowhere near as dramatic or definitive as those famous celebrity stories, he has this thing with PURGING stuff. It gives him absolute pleasure to throw things out, burn em, paint over things to get a "clean slate" feel. Mari Kondo, Swedish Death Cleaning, Minimalist Scandi interior. Japanese-level recyclable sorting. Music to his ears. We even have this thing where I wrap up the trash bags for him to take out and call them his daily wrapped presents and the excitement in his voice when I let him know there are "presents for him to throw out" is so funny to me. Sadly, this also applies to his ever-diminishing friend list lol. Small wonder he chose me, w/ Pluto on my Asc, for a partner.

I have Venus in ♋ Trine Pluto in ♏ within 4 minutes. This conjunction is happening on my Moon (27 degrees ♑ . Last spring the ♏ full moon was conjunct my natal Pluto while Pluto stationed rx within a degree of my Moon. I developed sudden onset celiac disease. I was sick for months. Saw this perfect analogy today of a small venusian sculpture being hammered away into pieces to reveal a resin skull underneath. #Grabbed (Venus/Pluto) On Saturday a few female friends and I launched a small book club. We discussed the fictional biography of a well-known businessman now in his 90's, by a celebrated writer. We all agreed that in spite of some beautiful passages, the book is essentially boring and fails to deliver. Later that day I had dinner with yet another small circle of female friends. One of them had undergone some cosmetic procedure and was in deep pain from it. She is also someone who has targeted me with some mild form of insidious female bullying - or rivalry - over the years. For once I was forewarned and finally able to dodge the bullets!

Silly question… I have my chart, how can I determine if I have this placement?

Well… you find the symbol for Venus (a mirror per se) and the symbol for Pluto (like an o in parentheses held up by a stick). And then see if they are geometrically related, conjunction means sitting together or very close together, within 5 degrees. A square is 90degrees, an opposition is exactly ok the other side of the chart. I mean it’s not a silly question but there’s a million sources of information online on how to read a chart. But there you go.
