I would think venus in this postition gives knowledge to that individual atleast. Ketu nakshatras despite making the individual separated from materialistic world. They can atleast give knowledge I guess. The problem with money could be just because venus rules the second house "Tarus" sits in the enemy sign "Sun" and the nakshatra as well belonging to ketu. Which is all about "obstructing" to fall back into the spiritual path.

No its nit like that that it will always give bad result, venus in leo does not give bad result, for that check the placement of ketu, in which hkuse its sitting, its sign & ketu nakshatra lords placement will tell tge whole story.
