I have Venus in Sagittarius. My greatest love is studying - and I was lucky enough to get a free higher education in late 80s/early 90s Britain (all my university fees were paid for me). Who was giving out free degrees in that era? It was actually Margaret Thatcher. These days, students don't get grants, they go into enormous debt instead. Such different times!

I’m an artist. Venus in Sag conjoined Sun, Mercury, Neptune and Rahu in Sag in the 2nd house (ashamed avasthas are no joke). I studied dance in college and am now doing photography, writing, short music moving images and practicing astrology. All of this resonates. I’d never really considered Venus in Sag as being aimed at arts, but my Venus also exactly trines my MC at 21 Leo. Thanks for validating my own experience. ✌🏼

I have Venus in Sag in 12H, conjunct Mercury, and Ketu. Venus is in aspect to every planet, except Saturn. Venus is in Mula. I like to spend time alone, I love to study, I love music and art. Rumi is my favorite poet. Things you said about this placement resonates. I wanted to be an artist but my parents didn't want that. I wonder if I can be an artist all the time. I don't know why I don't commit to this.

I've often said that my closest definition to love is self-sacrifice *I would imagine some dissonances would be this masculine instilling approach to morals and philosophies(like I heard a pastor say, be still while I instill) and the feminine desire to merge with pleasing people/places/things of Venus* So be well learned & a desire to teach but looking at it as a source of pleasure only if those students compliment their own views and infuriated when not. Also, dissonance with the fiery element of Sagittarius that encorages Venus to act, enforce or encourage versus respond and absorb. So marriage or commitment would be an action to show love and even becoming a member of their partner's belief system or culture to show how much they love them. Or doing artistry or even pass a law to show love for others or encourage it

My son has Venus in Sagittarius and in 9th house. One thing about him is that we went to Japan when he was 6 and he ate every single exotic food, raw or cooked, stuff that my husband w rahu moon in 9th house who eats everything didn’t touch. We had Japanese people telling us their kids don’t touch some of these foods! Now, I’m beyond fussy w food. I never ever cook or touch most seafood, sushi or raw food or weird food. Turkey is too weird for me. Yikes to prawns, shrimps, caviar, lobster, mussels, crab etc. Without Venus in sag and 9th, I couldn’t explain this trait of my son. Now, I expect him to marry and date foreign women. For sure!

Please correct yourself in this video. The early degrees of Sagittarius is not in Anuradha. It is in Mula. Only Mula, Purvashada & Uttarshada nakshatras fall in Sagittarius sign. Anuradha nakshatra is in Scorpio !!

this is venus in sagittarius. its up to you how you locate saggitarius, sidereally or tropically. If you do it tropically you will - over a large data sample - have a much clearer match with this baseline.

confidential303 calendars are different. Rules can be applied to both calendars but tropical or western calendar works much better in my opinion. The original ancient astrology worldwide was developed on one calendar system. For about 1200 yrs they were the same. Changes came from disputes and various calculation changes in the calendar systems in Middle Ages . Lots of info on the technicalities of it online.

I research HOW astrology may work through quantum physics AND calendar system differences don’t even make my top 5 reasons to explain WHY astrology is a divination tool that works along w other divination tools.
