I am so glad that you did a video on Enchantment!! You really did luck out on your Vera Tote and TZH pattern placement. I do wish that they would have left out the horses and just did the darker shades that they did. I have a campus backpack that I got off of Amazon from their sale that I was going to return since I found one with slightly better pattern placement if you would like for me to send photos before I take to UPS to ship back. Too funny, I had that custom backpack in my cart and went to check out and the seller had taken it down. I had reached out to her asking if it had sold and she said it was going to a friend. I hope you enjoy it and can’t wait to see a post of it.

Love this print! 100% agree about the horses and it’s the reason I only got the grand tote - so I wouldn’t get them without heads, LOL! I still called a store to request certain pattern placement 😊 thanks for another great video!

I totally get what you're saying about the horse motifs, from a design standpoint. It's not a criticism (by you, or by me) to note that they stand out, don't blend in with the rest of the pattern. They're "drawn" in a different style from all the other elements in the pattern (the holdovers from Fox Forest). The Fox Forest animal motifs (birds of both kinds, foxes too) share the same (more abstract and "blockier" or more chunky-sorry, can't think of another better word for the "primitive" style) technique as each other & with rest of the pattern-if one looks at it from a distance, one wouldn't necessarily realize it even has critters in it. However, in Enchantment-the horses are drawn crisply with sinuous curves, sharper thinner outlines, and shading (haven't seen it IRL, my impression is based on photos in FB groups and in YT videos), and even from a distance are obviously (they "read" clearly as) animals. So it's only logical that those are going to be more challenging in terms of pattern placement/symmetry (and risk of decapitation).

I totally agree with you about the horses and pattern placement. For me, I could live without the horses. I ordered the Vera, Glenna and Mini Hipster from Vera Bradley when Enchantment dropped and was lucky that each one had the foxes centred on the front of each bag. I still just sit and look at them. So beautiful.

Such a pretty pattern. But I have to choose patterns that spark joy for me at that moment. I usually compare that joy to what I feel for Symphony In Hue and Mickey’s Whimsical Paisley. For me this doesn’t do that yet. lol.

Your items are beautiful, but that Triple Zip Hipster is perfect!!! I was really disappointed in the interior of Enchantment. Based on the website photos I was expecting Enchanting Dream. I really love the interior of Foxwood, the menagerie, and I was hoping this was going to be a similar combo with critters inside and out.

I love your reviews ! I feel the same exact way about the horses , they definitely stand out. But overall I am soooo in love with this pattern. I got lucky on amazon this time with placement on the glenna and multi compartment . The little hipster not so much lol but hey 2 out of 3 win , not bad.

I agree with you 100% on the horses! I rejected a Glenna in enchament because it had a cutoff horse on the front so it just looked like a horses ass lol 😆…the one I did buy had better placement but not as perfect and centered as your tote - lucky find for you! Mine was good enough to take, I can be very ocd with pattern placement 😁…the sales lady was nice and let me look at two to see which I liked better. I really love the pattern and colors on this.
