Ayy thanks to use my suggestion about her CN voice, eventho not showcasing the lightning fall after her ult (because the difference is actually there😅 "ITSU CE CAO!!!" In jp her ult voiceline only when she throw the spear then silence during the lightning fall) I love how you edit the last spark opening cg, actually your edits is so good i love all of this! Basically both are good and both of their Element are different so yea you can pull for Garnet since she's an S Rank (or 5 star) but to give you an in-depth description on their differences: Rozen is easy to get since it's an A rank (a 4 star) and you can pull that on the standard banner (in which you shouldn't use your BC on standard banner because it's farmable). Garnet is a "S Rank TANK" unit (basically the one shredding the enemy shields) and a Lightning Element. and yes it's a must pull if you don't have Veritas.

Although for this one, it's a more obvious reference from Alpha to Sam compared with Vera to Mistral (the red sword, the mechanism of Alpha's sheathe, and her thing with motorcycle). Man, wish we have a Monsoon expy on PGR, or even Sundowner would be cool too.
