For someone who is inexperienced I can see how the huge jump in ammo cost can be worth it. As experience and skill as a turkey hunter grows, the benefits of higher dollar turkey loads diminish to the point of why pay $10 a shot when a cheap game load would suffice in order to tag out.

If I am waking up at 4 am and walking two miles, I am paying a few more dollars a shell to make sure that 10 extra yards is not going to be the difference in tagging out and eating tag soup.

Love the penetration test, seeing how the tss goes through eight layers and more (saw the other video too) of cardboard a gobbler head and neck would be no match. Tough lady unfazed by some pretty stout recoil, nice job on your videos 👍Wonder how lead would fare against that layered cardboard 🤔

Well an honest review, and these tungsten shot shells really pattern great! Turkey season starts next month and the Browning 12 GA equivalent are not $75 per box or $15 each at my local Bass Pro Sports and/or Cabelas! Definitely not worth the investment! That said a friend of mine did kill a nice Tom last year at 63 yards! But I'll stick with my copper plated # 5 Federals!

@@ReviewThisThing Maybe im wrong, but it just seeemed i havent seen you guys. Need to go to your page and dbl check. No i have never used them, but seen videos on them and they seem pretty leathal for turkey. Turkey where i live is abysmal. Always wanted to go, but its almost impossible here. Grouse however if you can find a decent area are plentiful. Best of luck for you two getting your turkeys!

That’s a great question. I’d say you can’t go wrong with either. I’ve hunted with both and gotten quick results every time!
