Rakesh when you demonstrate, it gives the feeling that you are talking to each and every one personally, doesn't feel like a demonstration. I am a spoilt non- vegetarian, who enjoys thosia, idli, puri, iddiappam, puttu etc, etc with chicken, mutton, prawn, crab, egg and fish curries. I, very politely eat these foods, served with chutneys and podis at my friends houses or at restaurants. Some of these podis and chutneys are very tasty. My mum used to make chutneys, which we used to eat with vegetarian food on auspicious days. Now at the age of 75, I have reformed after watching various videos, on food preparation and I am preparing and enjoying these fingerlicking good food. I admire your and your mum's culinary skills. Your videos are very interesting, very well explained and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing. Regards to mum and you.

Dear Rakesh, my late mother loves paruppu podi so much. She used to prepare it with thuvaram & paasi papuppu. She preferred to add podi to dosa, idli or just simply add to the plain satham & eat. I miss her so much. She also likes simple kollu-thuvaiyal. Kindly convey my humble regards & Namaskarams to mom. You are fortunate to have her. God bless.
