Paul, this is an outstanding video. I rented one of these from a Home Depot and the rental rep did not show half of what you showed. And when the discharge chute became blocked with some stringy elm, your video showed simply how to access the chute to clear the clogged twigs / impacted sawdust. Your company is very lucky to have this sort of knowledgeable person that is a clear communicator as well. THANK YOU!

Great Video. Hey do you guys know how to change the bottom and side shear bars on that model. I have one, but can't figure it out.

Considering the abuse you must see with this equipment, this video is an excellent idea.

Ok when I try and start my Vermeer it won’t crank at all and I just picked it up so it couldn’t be a electrical issue and It was tested before bringing home

3:44 To tighten these, you'll need a 15mm wrench, or 2 15mm wrenches... I operated a hired BC700XL today, and unfortunately its chimney got blocked, and I was unable to open it due to the inherent awkwardness of the 2 holding bolts' positions... Any tips for how to go through that process?

Yes it is a little awkward spot to get into we use a socket and ratchet is the best way

@@standardrentals6265 The rental shop that I rented from had replaced the nuts with 17mm. I used a open ended 17mm spanner for the bottom one and just a 17mm socket for the top one.
