Pretty solid list. I do SLIGHTLY disagree about gatekeeper being above skarrik. Personally I think they should either be in the same tier or the inverse of this. Gatekeeper takes a little longer to kill but the complete lack of minions alone makes it such a safer fight whereas with skarrik you may have some bad luck with randoms eating stormvermin hits to the back of the head while they’re trying to range focus him if none of you happened to bring a good boss burst dmg build in quick play. Skarrik also does technically have a couple attacks that can damage through block whereas gatekeeper does not other than the usual chaos spawn grab which becomes much less threatening with no pressure from outside threats during the fight. Let’s be real though, either way both fights are less of a challenge than the random monster spawns throughout the levels

Ribspreader is not that tough on legend but on cata the amount of everything else that spawns makes this fight ridiculously hard.

all the bosses kind of teach you to fight Nurgloth. He has everything but a deathrattler.

The gate keeper could have been such a cool fight, hopefully they'll do something with him. Been playing since shortly after launch and I don't think I've ever died to him.

I think one easy way to make him a lot better would simply be to make him invulnerable during his transformation into a Spawn. The fact that he is totally disabled during the animation but you can still do damage makes it laughably easy. It could work to make his health regenerate partially or fully once he transforms as well.

I like that once you get to legend people generally know what they're doing and most boss flights aren't usually an issue

I’ve had games where the gatekeeper died in his first form, spawned a dupe of him to change into his second, then died immediately because he was on 0 hp

Burblespew does this little head bob and the amount of times I've missed my BH ult because of it... I rage everytime lol

I feel Skarrik should be higher than the gatekeeper for the sole reason of, yes you can blow him up in a split second, but if you don't, one stay hit from him is literally going to 1 shot you as almost anything that isn't a 150 health character, he's a complete glass cannon. Nothing the gatekeeper does besides an overhead will literally take you from 100% health to being downed, Skarrik can absolutely do that

Personally I feel that even if Skarrik isn't one shotted he's easy enough to block until he runs to the corner of the arena and literally stands still for however many seconds. That plus you can knock him completely on his back. He's a cakewalk in every sense of the word. The gatekeeper isn't much tougher, but his dashes can be a bit unpredictable sometimes and his transformation can be a bother if he isn't nearly melted instantly. In my mind the gatekeeper just edges out Skarrik purely on defense alone.

I've had more runs ended by Skarrik than the gatekeeper, but that's just my experience

Probably in the minority but I would've swapped ribspreader and halescourge, get groups who aren't good at multitasking and rip you on halescourge

Fastest kill I got on legend quickplay on spinemangler was 7 seconds. Ok, the team I had was just breezing though my favorite mission anyway but that 7 second kill. This is supposed to be a boss, not a punching bag. What am I saying... "punching bag"... One of my teammate described him as "barely a speedbump". But Nurgloth is my favorite fight. It's what a bossfight should be in this game. Such a well designed fight. I'll keep myself from gushing.

I had one game where a stormfiend nearly destroyed the whole run all of us died fully at least once and we revived before the last one fell and then we got to spinemangler and he died in under 20 seconds and we all just laughed that the mini boss was harder than the actual boss lmfao.

And the mandatory Minotaur in the dark omens ? It’s actually hard af if you allow him to spam the minions and bestigors

Bödvarr in A? Huh, I had really expected him to be in Halescourge's place and vice versa. I mean yeah he is heavily armoured but usually you can nuke him down in no time while Halescourge moves around a lot and has some pretty annoying phases. Otherwise great list tho
