Nice build still prefer the trusty shield for infinite stagger health on the breaker but that torpedo for sure amazing

You then become too tanky and cant kill anything fast enough, lol. Not worth it unless you're doing a difficulty much dealider than what you're used to.

I thank u kind sir I’m now using the cog hammer on every bardin class ranger with throwing axes and just throw all ur axes away is a force to b reckoned with take the extra power for a whopping 32.5 power obviously slayer is good too just not as good with the support 😊

When you smack them with the shield, does that cause stagger or do you have to do that charged up punch with the shield?

It had never even crossed my mind that nade mods would affect the troll. Just switched to using it from the drakegun so i could do actual boss dmg

I prefer to run grenadier instead of shrapnel because : more ammo = more bullying of mean monsters (and i cant aim for the head to get extra ammo)

Ran this built on cata with dual hammer and did 25k total damage, 4.4k boss damage, AS AN IB, and not to mention this built is also tanky as hell in a sense even cata hordes cannot kill you.

Oi wazzock still seems pretty good if you coordinate with your team. Let everyone know you're running it ahead of time so the monster killer can get behind you while you draw aggro.

If you play regular qp, you run into 1 or 2 monsters per game, sometimes even 0. It is just not useful 90% of the time.

@@scootyang2311 Although in exchange those times when it is useful, it’s a godsend. Being able to both draw the boss’s attention and block every single strike makes boss killing a breeze for the team. I always run it for that reason alone.

Cog hammer gives you better elite killing, but dual hammers give you more defense so it comes down to what you value more.

Cog hammer gives you the stagger, kill power and reach to do horde clear without using stamina, so is much better with Rolling Mountain to recharge your ult. Iron Breaker is also tanky enough to afford the risky shots and slower attack speed. I would always pick cog hammer so that I have higher ult-uptime (which also gives 20% power due to drengnarazi oath) and can actually help my allies. If you're not quite comfortable in dodging and surviving quite yet then dual hammers are much safer, but once you are good enough cog hammer is worth way more.

Not necessarily. It’s for multiple hits so it still serves a purpose for things that can hit quickly. Monks, berserkers, assassins, gun rats, fire rats, and just getting hit more than once in general.

@@WetMagic can see the point, but with the 1st activation it kinda looses half of its effect and IB is pretty tanky already so feels like other traits might be of better benefit for him

Barkskin + IB stack their damage reduction. 0.6 x 0.7 = 0.42, so a 58% damage reduction. This is extremely useful if you are incapacitated in any way, such as being ledged, downed, stuck in gas, in a blight storm, or simply grabbed while gomril armor isn't ready. This damage reduction is what allows you to survive until gomril armor can come back up and save you. It isn't redundant, it simply means you can play even riskier when you have gomril armor ready. Thus going for the Cog Hammer Heavy1 headshots for elite killing.

You can never go wrong with a tankier IB. Bark skin is excellent if you got stormed or hit by multiply trash minions.

I play Trollhammer on IB with Dual Hammers, 1H Hammer, Great Hammer, or Hammer and Shield. I just do not like Cog on him, it feels like it is too light for him. :-D But with all other Bardins careers I like it. .-)

I've been running it with Great Axe to great success. The shield breaking on top of armor piercing is nice and the damage is solid.

Torpedo: a cigar-shaped self-propelled underwater missile designed to be fired from a ship or submarine or dropped into the water from an aircraft and to explode on reaching a target. WTF warhammer, you have war and hammmer in your bloody name and u dont kno what weapons do! : )
