Useful stuff to use for baby is the cotton balls and face washer. I don't use wipes to wipe bubs bum when he poop coz wipes gives them some rashes, water is your bestfriend when bub keeps pooping. Enjoy ur nesting stuff as it will keep coming til the baby comes.

Nesting can be overwhelming specially when you are a 1st time mom who tends to watch a ton of nesting, nursery room tour, newborn essentials or must have videos. Buti na lang when I was preparing for the birth of my 1st baby, I didn’t hoard on a lot wipes or diapers of the same brand. I just brought trial packs then kung alin hiyang si baby, that’s the time I purchased by box na. Even sa lotion, trial pack lang binili ko. I found out later on na eczema prone ang skin ng baby ko so I cannot purchase baby lotion na available sa usual baby store or grocery. Now I have another little one coming, i’m doing the same. But for my postpartum recovery essentials, I know what worked for me the 1st time kaya I’m still buying the same items.

I just gave birth to my second baby after 17 years , he is the answered prayer to us. I am doing walking 6k minimum everyday since I my belly was 4 months until the last day of before my delivery. Lucky to have normal pregnancy. Enjoy the third trimester Vern it’s the best feeling. All the best. 🎉🎉😊

Go easy with salt, yur beginning to show on yur no nose bloating, as you get closer to the end your body will start bloating & depending on you & can get uncomfortable bc of retain water on areas on your face, neck hands, legs & feet. You should elevate your feet as much as possible … I had 4 pregnancies, one miscarriage & always towards the end I bloated. My 3rd pregnancy was the largest ba y & bloated heavily. So uncomfortable & stayed home until delivery & checkup…
