Ft Lauderdale is so built up from when I used to go there as a kid. So is a lot of Florida I guess. Still in the winter it's awesome.

Where do you sleep? Also how do you like the yamaha 70 hp. My whaler has a 90 yam 2 stroke. Very thirsty

I slept in hotels every night. I had planned to sleep on the boat when the weather allowed but was just too tired after 100 + miles. I love the 70 Yamaha...
