Synopsis:
After Veronica returns back to Crestmont from Riverdale, she realises that her relationship with Hannah was toxic. In attempt to move on she suddenly starts to distance herself from Hannah, acting as if they were strangers. Despite everything, unable to stay away, in secret they both fall back into their toxic ways. Unable to deal with the pain, Hannah unsuccessfully tries to break it off. With Veronica being the only thing she had left, the pain caused by coldness between them and the mistreatment from others, Hannah feels as if there is too much agony to shoulder and makes the heartbreaking decision to take her own life. That night Veronica goes to Hannah's house to apologise for how she's been acting and explain that she wants to start over the proper way, only to find Hannah's body. Forever tormented by what she saw, Veronica is haunted by her guilt. One day whilst visiting Hannah's grave, the happy and upsetting memories of their relationship flood back. After grieving for years, Veronica realises she needs to let go of her ex-girlfriend so that Hannah can find peace.
