Hey Dudes / Dudesses …. great news !!!! a big update on the Verreal RS Pro Board (as at 28th September 2021): New Verreal RS Pro Battery Setup Due to ongoing testing and evaluation Vic has decided to upgrade the RS Pro Battery system at no extra cost. Up untill now the RS Pro has had the Samsung 50E 12S3P setup which as you know has performed exceptionally well and it’s in my RS Pro Board and I love it, on my channel it gained the Channel Range Record of 52.8km and its also in the Tranzite Carbon which I did 50.6km . However we’ve now got an upgrade which improves not only the life cycle but the overall performance of the Battery in the RS Pro. The new Battery is a Custom BAK 5000 it’s 21700 high performance cell, delivering an outstanding 15amp constant draw rate at 5,070mah and 3C compared to the 10amp 2C on the Samsung 50E. Also there is nearly double the increase in cycle life of the new BAK battery set up being 900 cycles compared to its predecessor of 500 cycles. The beauty with the setup is the custom ESC on the RS Pro only requires 10amp so the battery is only working at 66% of its full capacity the whole time, not 100%. The range will be pretty much the same @ 52km Range travelling at 34 km/h with a 98 kg rider. It’s pretty much swings and roundabouts ….six of one half a dozen the other … so don’t be overly concerned both batteries will perform equally well. There will be more in upcoming videos about the Battery upgrade from Verreal and myself. Yeah I was incredibly impressed with the depth of that battery casing on the RS 20Ah it’s incredibly light to for a 20Ah battery they are using something supposedly top-secret LOL Vic said the company is unique and is not supplied to anyone ride in the industry ...it’s someone that he’s been working with for about 12 months and it is a unique battery cell set up so it’s not your normal 21700 or 18650 ...I’m doing the long-range test tomorrow I have a good idea what it can do, awesome Scott great to hear from you Cheers Andrew⚔️

To be honest I've never understood why some love being "first" 😂 The range on this is the reason I'm considerin it. I do prefer a blacked out flexy deck though. Hey eBoard3r ;) I know I’ve got relatives in England my mum was from Kings Lynn NORFOLK , were there just before Covid break. It’s currently snowing in Kingsley now I’ve got the photos yesterday wow looks so pretty. But no good for skateboard riding LOL . Yeah the range is going to a be pretty dope result too on this I think I’m going to hit close to 70klms and I’m going to sit on 36kph everywhere that’s what I really do to make sure I get a realistic not pushing it too hard result as a commuting Board we need to establish what it can do at 36 to 38 km/h... which frankly is bloody fast enough when you’re getting from A to B on a long distance...but... These cells ....and the company who is supplying them well can’t say too much... but they’re very unique that’s why I think we’ll all be shocked on this range test 👍 awesome cheers Andrew⚔️

Hey Esk8unity really nice to meet you my man, wow thank you awesome compliment 🙏🏻 I actually hadn’t ridden for two weeks and that was my first take on first film of it ... lol ..I was shredding and slightly more by the end of the day but I’ve run out of battery on the go pro LOL.. I love carving being a surfer this is what I look for in a board ...by the sounds of it Esk8unity you’re a mad carver too ...fantastic 👍 you’re dead right this is the future for sure absolutely... this is definitely the Goldilocks design Eboard wack on pneumatics take off on the dirt .....put on street wheels on in five minutes then carving sliding on the bitumen... The deck is very sweet it’s just perfect I couldn’t have picked a more classic style size deck just the right design completely designed for sharp agility performance...most of the boards coming out are simply too long (42" +) too big you can’t really move them around much... this is the go .... keep up the great work my man awesome to chat cheers Andrew⚔️

Great review! I have the 19.2ah RS. I swapped out the stock bushings for Riptide’s, the enclosure bolts and nuts, and put on dope grip. I love the short deck for street and cloud wheels, but I’m curious to see if your shoe rubs against the rear wheel when you try AT wheels. My size 11 US shoes are too long for 6 and 7 inch AT setups, oh well. Still a great board for the price.

I have the Verreal RS 20Amp with 105 clouds. Really enjoy the board, I’m able to get 28 miles on it with 45 degree temps and me being 200 Lbs. looking at the Eovan and Lycaon as a backup. Thanks for the videos.

Hey Donald, wow congratulations you got there before me 👍 I am loving the 20Ah it’s just a nice wright it’s not too heavy just got a brilliant kick arse weight distribution design .... allows for a really nice deep carving and you feel safe like a wing keel on a boat.... your weigh just about the same with me that’s going to be incredible.... interesting 45 km was that super flat out...I’m hoping to get more than that I think I should but I don’t push it hard I just sit on about 34 km an hour and I usually go in medium speed will see how we go tomorrow I’m heading out to do the long-range Olympic Park.... yeah both those boards are good value for a back up you always need a couple of boards in case something goes wrong great to hear from you thanks for your support on the channel have -Donald have an awesome day cheers Andrew⚔️

@@zulupenman yes I live in Chicago, Illinois so it’s pretty flat here. I like cruising about 19mph. Yesterday it was 30mph winds and the batter went 10% at 23 miles. I reached out to Eduardo at Tranzite very nice guy, I really like the hybrid DD carbon also.

And awesome to meet you I think we’ve chatted before well congratulations on the Vestar Blackhawk it is absolutely near perfection that board ... my “go to” show pony carving board when I really want to make people jealous LOL...love my Blackhawk the airless Tyres the beautiful carving truck that can carve in a 4 foot diameter circle it really is quite astounding piece of engineering, you won’t need to upgrade for awhile KC keep enjoying it keep smashing it when you do maybe look at the Verreal RS 20 Ah max it is again more robust bit more solid and just a bit more newer technology but that’s how it goes in this industry just like cars they get superseded slowly, however that Blackhawk is going to keep you in futureproofed state for at least another two years... awesome cheers Andrew⚔️

Went with backfire zealot but was looking long and hard at the verreal rs . Like the shorter deck on it now so l think l will get that soon . Had my first ride today still getting used to the dial on remote very touchy came off once just near my car after ride . A quick look no one around so ego intact just a few cuts on fingers . I watched this video and it helped me to make my decision in buying an electric longboard. I am wanting to sale this board and buy from another company altogether. I put in the code for the free bash guard but they never sent it to me. I chased Vic down constantly inquiring about it. The response I got was I don't see where you put the code in. Why would I be asking for the bash guard if I didn't put the code in. So, buyer beware, customer service is not good with Verreal. Also, in my search for a new board I have learned that many other board manufacturers sale the board with bash guard and lights. Look before you leap.

I was minutes away from purchasing a board after watching your Tranzite Direct Drive SS video from last year... the Tranzite website, however, has brought to my attention that electric skateboards are not legal in New South Wales for any practical use, e.g. can't be ridden on roads or public footpaths. Were you unaware of this while riding in Sydney, or is it just not an enforced rule? Or am I misunderstanding the legality statement?

@@nottherealmccoy4955 Hey mate. Figured you'd probably be interested to know that I ended up buying the board I mentioned in my comment. Have had it for quite some time now with no issues at all. Have ridden the thing past police officers in the Sydney CBD on multiple occasions, with others doing the same and haven't even had them look at me. It's not enforced at all, you're good.

Hey Gynz so sorry for the late reply and late to the party, I had a really bad time last year I didn’t get a lot of my comments great to meet you ;) I just saw this come up now, well congratulations on purchasing the Tranzite is incredible company and Eboard I’ve got the carbon and it’s absolutely mind blowing hasn’t missed a beat haven’t touched in over 14 months. Yeah probably nothing to worry about I’ve gone past many cops the only culprits are the high patrols and if they want to try nab you they will but generally they let you go, will eventually get legalised here …. it’s legal in ACT Canberra and Queensland just a matter of getting a past here we are a nanny state unfortunately, the concern is if they try and book they have to prove that the rider had it on and it was riding under power … as a Eskateboard is actually able to ride without the power and free roll it’s very hard to prove it … unless they have a video of you going up a hill LOL…. Nothing to worry about I ride through the city CBD Martin Place down to Chinatown on the main road cross tram tracks there’s always the odd police around you never have a problem … :) awesome hope that helps cheers Andrew ⚔️

Hey Martin great to hear from you, yeah as I said in the previous comment yeah nothing much to worry about they have tightened up on the delivery dudes with electric bikes in the city CBD but that is because they have been collecting people on footpaths most electric skateboard riders are pretty professional and never really hit nobody so we’re pretty much going on the radar a bit… David all of the guys at eSk8 group pinged he was on a unicycle which again don’t need to be proved they were on because they’ve got to be on to be balancing (gyro) so highway patrols normally go for the unicycles before anything else, he lost his case in court lost his license for a year and a big fine, but he got a go fund me page went back to court and he appealed and …… he got off the whole thing was thrown out so I think you push enough you’ll be okay even if it gets to that point… but up in Newcastle you should be pretty right although some rural country cops can be a bit brutal … all in all it will be less than a 5% chance he get stung ..

Hey Sergio great to hear from you, okay great question Vic sent me the 3 amp and the charge is pretty dam quickly to be honest I think four hours max ....maybe 3 1/2, but look if time is an issue ie you’re using daily commute transporter yourself use it commercially..... I’d probably go 4amp but if not ....that is pretty d good range battery with this kind of range you’re not going to need to charge it that often probably after two days of solid riding so just go the 3 amp 👍....totally up to you though but I’ll get some figures for you and come back here and give you time frames on both 3 and 4amp thank you so much for awesome feedback Sergio ... again made my day keep up the great work cheers Andrew⚔️,

Hey Sergio, yes absolutely I loved the original chewed pencil (I called it) ... lol ... the design with the notchers..... but ...,,now having owned both of them the current wider deck the new version is a better deck I think, it actually side by side looks physically a little bit smaller if that makes any sense but it’s plenty of size there in fact it’s my preferred deck out of all of the boards I’m riding ;) congratulations what an amazing purchase such a good value for money but you are getting like .......kind of BMW quality EBoard that it’s definitely refined you’ll have an absolute blast the clouds are brilliant .. you can slide and grip just be careful in the wet with them that’s the only thing but other than that you shouldn’t be riding much in the rain anyway. hey KZbin thanks, yes correct that’s the new model upgraded battery now it’s not the Samsung 50E’s …. it has a much better draw rate and discharge at 5,500 MAH better long-term capacity as well over 900 cycles … opposed to only 450 cycles on the Samsung .. awesome cheers Andrew⚔️

Hi john, absolutely Yuri at Cloudwheels do supply all the range of colours in the 105mm so I’m pretty sure they also have the fluro green... but when going through Verreal and ordering the cloud options ... How’s the torque compared to an evolve board or even a x1 pro riot

My 1st board was an Evolve RTX with 97mm wheels, and now I have the Verreal RS with 105mm CloudWheels. The torque simply is not as strong, probably because of the bigger CloudWheels, but also seems like the board acceleration is designed to be more gentle. But even if the torque is not as great, the Verreal with CloudWheels is pretty much better for everything else. It is just so nice and stable to ride!

No worries you won’t notice a lot of difference because the Verreal RS standard is still got a lot of power and quite frankly if you look at my original RS review I had a 12Ah Panasonic battery and I reached 41 km range, the one you’ll get has a 16ah battery and it’s going to get you easy 40 km range if you weigh like me 95 kg, every kilogram your way less you’ll get another .5 a kilometre easy…. So you’ll have no problem with range and you’ll be blown away with the sophistication and precise engineering of this build it is absolutely like a BMW it is beautifully built… So all you do is go to my “description field” in the video of the Verreal RS Pro or the original RS video Unbox and you’ll see a link that will take you to Vic’s website as normal …. but you are tagged my link that notifies Vic that you’re a subscribers and to them automatically get thread Bash guards in on the order. Hey Cheese,Thanks for popping in and just curious how much do you weigh and how tall are you ? if you’re under 6’2"and under say120kg this is perfect ✅👍 it’s really not a short deck k it’s a kind of weird illusion...it’s actually 36.5" and gives you the feel of a really good longboard... as it’s the way the width is and the lip on the W concave it really feels like you’re writing a 40 inch and it looks very big when you get it in your hands so it’s a bit of an illusion that measurement, if that makes any sense... to me it’s a perfect Goldilocks size really nice fit for purpose really nice Supercary thing without too much deck hanging over the end of your feet, quite deceiving, hope that helps cheers Andrew⚔️

Hey cheese, okay yeah with that kind of height you probably got a size 12 foot my feet at nearly 11 .. ok your weights not a problem just if you like a bit more wider foot stance ....maybe a 40 inches better for your height, having said that I’m nearly 5'11 I just love this Verreal it although it seems short on paper @ 36.5 inches .. but it actually looks pretty big when you get out of the box when you stand on it there’s plenty of Real Estate there I’m going more for a slightly smaller longboard I find 40 inches now seems like riding in Malibu lol ... but you have to be comfortable at high-speed .. thanks for let me know your height and weight that sounds probably okay now, awesome keep up the great work cheers Andrew⚔️

Hey 240’d Great to hear from you bro, it’s been awhile yeah I know you had one. Look everyone styles are a bit different ....I carve pretty dam hard and pretty dangerously tight as you can see I slide about 8" on nearly every carve ... I’m used to a loose truck setup if you think this is concerning you should look at say that Vestarboard Blackhawk that could turn on a 2 foot diameter. The Verreal RS by comparison is super stable to anything else and is super reliable firm trucks at extremely high speeds ....I got the feeling maybe you didn’t tighten the rear trucks because the factory settings are very loose on the rear trucks which can definitely give a real tailspin / wobble on any board I recommend on all Electric Skateboards tightening the rear trucks as tight as you can get them and ... loosening the front trucks as loose as you can get them ....and then you’re never get a death wobble, because the death wobble always comes from the rear trucks only.... to be fair I’ve never had a death wobble on the RS both models that I’ve been sitting on 44 k’s an hour and carving as you saw pretty radically so maybe it was just your particular one and the way you set it up. To me a flex deck like that Boosted and the night fury from Vestar are far too flexy and at high-speeds you can get inbalance with a very Flexi deck I personally don’t ride flexing decks.... if you still got your board I urge you to try that set up super tight back on both kingpin bushings and super loose on both on the front you’ll have total stability ride like a Formula 1 race car, but thank you so much for giving us your feedback and testimony that’s really important we just elaborated on something that probably no one thinks about, awesome cheers Andrew⚔️
