Nice to see Verreal putting out a new product. I have the RS Pro with 150 pneumatic tires that I have been riding/learning since May this year (at age 56), and really enjoying my board. I would be out riding now except for the rain and so watching your review is a pretty good substitute. I've only just started to practice at setting 2 and find the top end still too fast for me, & there is a bit of speed wobble at about 36km/hr. I dont think I will ever need quite the power that the Ultra is clocking!

*Was not expectin this video so early today!* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽 Verreal still Kingin in the value for money arena! I remember your gen 1 RS videos! Cannot believe those boards got stolen back then, the story/history behind those boards, they were not just boards 😢 Defo recommened Mad Wheelz option, I enjoyed the unboxin on the esk8oz channel 🤙🏽 Though it's a stiff deck, it flexes on the edges just a bit where it connects to the trucks, I like it. Carvin an RS on Mads is hella fun and I agree, I really like the sound of them! Lovin the new remote, amazin to finally have more accurate battery readout with 10 bars instead of 5. Whilst I like usin the app, I do think havin the option to adjust on the remote is a must, app as an option is cool but not as only option like others. Looove customisability as I like strong brakes and soft acceleration, seems so easy to customise it on this new board usin the remote 👌🏽 That self-calibratin mode and compatibility with 10S batteries is great for easier upgrades for previous gen RS boards! 👌🏽👌🏽 Too many coffee type options these days, when you just want simple options, gotta love independant coffee shops 👌🏽 I've got Venom and Blood Orange bushings on my older gen RS, defo recommend people try Venom or Riptide bushings on their esk8, huge difference to ride feel and joy! All that carvin is makin me wanna head out with my board! I'm considerin pickin up a new one, hopin Vic offers TKP baseplate as an optional buy and 50S cell option for more capacity. Glad this one is still a 36" deck, perfect size for many of us, not everyone needs a longer 38 or 40". This one looks so well put together 🤩

I noticed that esk8 companies are started shifting to Jecnn ESC (modified Hobbywing) along with DXW motors. Is this going to be a standard thing now on going forward? Are they all going to be similar to Acedeck in terms of performance? Deck doesn't seem to be changed in the length from previous gen Verreal boards except minimal design changes and new grip-tape. Mad Wheels are great and I'm using them on my Cavalry perma now.

I have a Verreal RS Pro and always liked the trucks and vibe. I do think for the price Vic should have gone with the 80a hobbywing ESC for the Ultra (like Tynee uses in their Explorer now). Is his 66a hobbywing ESC programable via the remote like the more powerful 14s hobbywing esc from Tynee and Linnpower?

Come on Scott D, you need to start doing more critical reviews. I bought the Verreal RS 10S4P version 4 years ago it was a great board then, but now the truth is looking at this "all new" Verreal Ultra it looks the same. First thing who uses a wood deck that does not offer any flex, that's "dumb and I hate it", you might as well go with is carbon deck at least the board would live up to the "all new" claim. Vic your boards are boring come up with something new and fresh, same trucks, same deck, same battery box, same concept, its so blahh!! The verreal RS was a great board 4 years ago, now its a has been move along folks!!

Ultra uses different deck and different enclosure. Ultra deck is 3 centimeters wider and Ultra enclosure is bigger it accommodates 12S4P 21700. Previous deck and enclosure wont be able to fit in a 12S4P battery pack. I would the truck is same as the RS truck, other than that almost everything else is new. New motor, new esc, new battery, new deck and new enclosure.

I disagree. While it's true that the RS line tends to bring only slight changes to each generation, the foundation is solid and the changes are noticeable when riding. I still own the original fish shape RS/30Q and while it's a nice and reliable ride, the next gen RS Pro is definitely the cumulation of a few more years of manufacturing experience and sound customer feedbacks. I can easily say that build quality is higher (enclosure and inserts & screws notably) and the performance and ride is improved because of the better ESC and battery pack. If I didn't have the RS Pro I'd probably consider the Ultra but I don't feel like I'm missing out or need a board with better performances and specs. The Verreal RS can be your first and also your last eskate, which is not a small thing. If there was one style I wished Vic would explore it would be a light city ESkate with Hub motors to compete with Backfire.
