I love how useful you've made the carrier. Really great ideas. I will pay you the ultimate compliment and copy it.

Thanks for watching and yea copy away. I’ve see a few other multiple receiver mounts but no umbrellas. With the high price of awnings I’m surprised it’s not more popular?

We travel to ride the best trails around the country. That leads to not only primer riding but amazing off grid camping. The hauler has become an intricate part of camp and my favorite place to cook and chill. Thanks for checking out the vid. 🙏

Thanks it's been a proper evolution from pick up truck with a topper to and SUV to the current van deal set up. At 22 mpg where ya can stand up in your rig and make a sandwich it's tuff to beat. Thanks for watching and 47 days till we leave for another summer of stoke!

I like the table and umbrella out back. I have a retired police step van that I'd like to do that to. I have the bike hauler out back and have toyed with the idea of a second receiver hitch for stability. I also have a 2" up front as well, I'll be hauling a scooter up front as well. I am also on advrider as sandsman.

Sounds like a cool moto van project! One neat feature of the VersaHauler is that it comes stock with the additional receiver. I guess so you could add a hitch and tow something as well? But we just welded up that big L with a top plate so we can run different size tables. Good luck and thanks for watching!

I've intentionally paused a few of your older vids trying to see what all you had going on with that versahauler. I got myself one this past winter for my chevy express, not sure how I've missed this video for the past 6 months but thanks for sharing! Curious how the "back porch" is secured on there? I've been thinking something similar would be nice to keep the stinky gear bag out of the van.

Thanks Thomas! We were fielding so many questions that it warranted a dedicated vid. The back porch is held on with heavy duty Velcro, a very simple solution. The relief for the tie down allows the eye of the outrigger to pass through the porch and the hook of the ratchet strap also helps secure the porch. But in all fairness it’s never on by itself. There’s always a ramp, rugs, fuel cell, or other crap holding it down.
