ALWAYS order from an authorized retailer or DIRECT. After this experience and especially since it is a Robe type of garment I HIGHLY suggest ordering it directly from a VERSACE boutique or www.Versace.com My NM orders were shipped from their warehouse and some of the pieces had to have been previous returns. Versace is more strict in their return policy when it comes to these types of items. If its your thing like it is mine then I'd 100% recommend it! F.Y.I., in the beginning they tend to shed a bit on the inside. Which is your favorite? 👍

So I'm buying a robe for my mom & dad for Christmas. He is 5'10 and weight 220. And my mom is 5'6 in and weight about 175. Now my mom told me they usually wear a size XL; but I'm trying to see if the robes run big, small or true to size? I'm trying to avoid having to send the robe back and exchange the size.

Well, they don’t make them for male or female size differences. For me, I’m 5,8 about 165 and the small fit too fitted and the sleeves were a little short. I’m used to robes being slightly oversized. Medium fits that for me. Maybe medium for your mom. I have plenty of room in the body and I’m sure her arms are not longer than mine. And maybe xl for your dad if he likes plenty of room. It’s hard to say cuz I don’t know how that would go just my experience. I also have a polo robe in what they call a small/medium and I’d have to say it’s a tiny bit bigger to me but it’s close so if your dad where’s xl maybe go with that if he normally where’s that size but I’d look at his current robe and see if it’s one of the hotel style simple robes or not first cuz I imagine those are not cut as big. If he has one of those types maybe even the large would be okay. I’m not sure about your mom with that xl size. I feel that would be too big. Definitely don’t go past large for her. My bad if I made it more confusing! Hope that helped at all. 💪

I'd love to have a Versace robe but they're too expensive for me to only wear them indoors lol. If robes could be worn outside I totally would buy one

lol, I can dig it. All good. You’ll get one. It’s okay to treat yourself sometimes even if it is a little ridiculous. If it makes you happy it’s worth it. When you eventually get one stop back and let me know how you like it! 💪

I always go a size up with all European sizes. My fits perfect.

This one is a size small and I exchanged it for a medium. This one does fit but it’s almost too perfect of a fit cuz the sleeves are a bit too short compared to the medium. My arms are usually short so for the sleeves to be short I could tell It was the wrong size for me. Hope that helps ! 💪

is it like bath towel material? will it dry me after the shower

Hey, it is like a “bath towel” material but it’s not like a super soft/plush and fragile type of feeling towel if that makes sense even though it may soften up a little after washing it. It has good weight and thickness. Hope that was helpful! 💪

im 6 foot 78kg and like things to be a bit loose and comfortable, do I get L or XL?

Well, the small was a bit too fitting for me and the Medium ended up being more of the lose fit your describing. I’m 5ft 8 and about 165 here. In my mind I feel like if you want it to fit like how my medium fits maybe a Large would be okay. The biggest thing for me were the sleeve length. If you got crazy long arms then maybe XL. My bad I can’t give you a definitive answer cuz I never tried on those other sizes but I’m still thinking the Large would work.

Thanks, I appreciate that! Yea I think that would work cuz the slippers were not that big. I saw some people wearing them with their heels pretty much hanging over. I personally don’t like that.
