Thank you so much! I bought that exact hair today and had no clue on what I was going to do with it 😩🤪 Then, it dawned on me to go to KZbin and your video was the 1st one I saw on how to do the Passion Twist crochet. *Your hair came out beautifully of course 🥰. But, again, THANKS A MILLION because now I can have fun bonding with my mom while she lets me use her as my Guinea pig 😩😩 I’m So excited because you make it look so easy!! Wish me luck! Lol

As a foster parent, I thank you for your videos! I love this. I crochet my hair all the time and this is a method that will save so much time. Instead of going up and down in the back, go left to right. You get more coverage cause the hair is layered on top of each other.

Thank you so much for this video! I did this rubber band method recently, and I loved how the style came out, AND when I took the style down (5 weeks later), I had no tangles/knots. Usually when I take my hair down from braids, it is “knot city central”. I’m using this method going forward, thank you! 💜🙌🏾🙏🏾

After a year of this tutorial sitting in my ‘watch later,’ I have finally completed it. I started at 11am and it’s now 5pm. I also almost never do my own hair so I had to redo a few of the boxes, even twisting my hair down got a little messy because I couldn’t figure out how to make them neat lines for some reason. I’m still happy though! I only spent $50 instead of $160 plus gratuity for almost the same style. Edit: After a year or following along to your videos I’m basically a pro 😂 I have people asking me if I do hair (hard no) but it’s the most flattering question ever. Thank you so much!

I love how you invest the bulk of time on the important part (the front), and quickly do the back, which usually is harder anyway. And It seems so much less bothersome to not twist our own hair down. Bout to do this, probably tomorrow. Thanks!

Thanks for this video Chrissy. I have relatively thin hair in the front which makes it so hard to braid into the illusion boxes. Your boxes and rubber bands with the twisted hair in between instead method makes it so much more simple. Can’t wait to try it. I really enjoy your videos. Not too fond of the background music though. I always have to turn down the volume when you’re not talking. 😉.

Love this! The main reason I hate doing individuals is because of the amount of time it takes to weave the hair back into the extension. I also don’t like that it shows through the twists. Thank you!

Sis,thank you soooo much for this video! I'm planning on doing my hair myself to save money but I've been dreading cornrowing it. This is so much easier & quicker. Years ago I used to box braid my own hair with extensions. That took about 6 hours. I could get it done in 4 hrs if I rushed it. I'm certainly not looking to spend that much time on my hair now. So this is a quick easy protective style I can do myself. And yes I want to see you do different colors! Much love from New York ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
