Quite honestly I'm more invested in Kazuha than the Traveler. I literally do not care about my sibling. If they wanna be all mysterious and evasive and vanish without giving us answers, that tells me they don't care to be reunited with me, so why should I waste my time searching for them?

I love the implications of Heizou technically having a catalyst but not fighting with it like other catalyst users. Could that mean we get a sword character who fights with daggers, a claymore character who uses a big hammer or a bow character that actually throws knives? If the weapons only give the stats, the actual fighting animations can be a lot more free

I think issues would arise for non-catalyst characters when it comes to varied weapon types, mainly due to consistency. Heizou works because he’s still using the catalyst, just not in the long-rage sense the others use it for. You can still give him any type of catalyst and it’ll make sense, since catalysts aren’t their own weapons and just foci to use magical attacks through. When it comes to, say, a bow character who throws knives, they’re technically not using the bow for that, and it would just end up kinda weird (unless they’re shooting daggers from the bow which is kinda cool but also seems odd). Plus, these characters couldn’t have any signature weapons that fit their attack style, since you can equip any weapon to that weapon type of character, and it just wouldn’t work to see someone like Amber or Ganyu wielding a set of knives or see Chongyun hitting things with a big hammer. I do think the selection is a lot more open for catalyst users tho, similar ideas could be implemented for them since they have more freedom (I could see a catalyst user throwing knives made of cryo, for instance, or a character having a burst or skill with a massive elemental hammer involved, sorta like the move Wood Hammer in Pokémon) This ran long but yeah the future of unique weapons is in catalyst users’ hands

One thing I notice everyone seems to forget regarding the Sumeru teaser and the statue of the seven is that, out of the original 7, only Barbatos and Rex Lapis remain (now technically only Barbatos), meaning that the Archon depicted by the statue is NOT the current Archon, this will be true for all remaining nations, the statues depict the original Archons, not the current ones

Good luck and one of the best and easiest to get Pyro-DPS is Yanfei. She has more strength in many situations then Hu Tao for me, same artifacts in use. But good luck on getting Klee.

You know that one commission in inazuma with the kid not wanting to study, so he prayed to the archon to pass his exams, but instead he said he saw a small girl and that girl kept forcing him to study. If you look where he said he saw the little girl you will see green leaves on the ground there, completely standing out in the purple of inazuma. I think the voice at the end of this stream is that same girl. Most of us think that her lines are focused towards the Sumeru scenery that follows, but if you listen carefully she said she wished the Desert and the Forest ring could get along like THIS, meaning she isn't talking about Sumeru. If this is the same girl as in that commission, and my judgement is right, I think maybe she is piggyback riding on us the Traveler unseen as we go to the new summer islands. That's why she sounds so fascinated by the beautiful scenery and why she was surprised we could hear her as she spoke. What could that mean, idk but I'm so f-ing curious....
