I think the carbon look spark plug cover looks pretty cool, each to their own. It’ll be interesting to see what it’s replaced with. Car/project is looking great. Love the videos, keep them coming.

The car is looking great! It's interesting to see you are going with the black theme on it When i autocrossed it, it was nicknamed "black demon" by a fellow competitor who couldn't beat it 😂

LOL good to know! I actually wasn't planning on it with this car. It just seemed like the right direction when blackbox industrial approached me, and seemed fitting.

Couldn't agree more w/ your thoughts on Charlie Moua / Doryoku valve cover services even if my valve cover didn't take 6+ months only to arrive damaged beyond repair in shipping being told he'd replace it only to have tantrum when I mailed the damaged one back per his request that he's in turn mail the replacement which I've still never received as he's ignored all my calls texts dms then told I was "refunded" onto no longer active card worst customer experience mediocre craftsmanship even aside from that the finished results are nothing to warrant the wait time & you're spot on in regards to sandblasting vs chemical & at the very least could be re-riveted vs screws/bolts

thanks for sharing! I thought Id give it shot his price was reasonable to warrant the shipping in and out time. There are so many local powder coating shops now, lots do detail work like this, and usually return within a week.
