The point everyone is missing is that McLaren screwed Piastri over by NOT double stacking him when the rain hit. When he got back on the mediums he was much faster than Norris on the softs. Every chance he could have won. Both of Piastris pit stops were up to a second slower as well just to make matters worse

Oscar just has to keep turning up for the job until Norris's deficiencies become self evident. To be fair I think Oscar is still learning the complexities of his car and how to sync with the team, to maximise his performance. He's getting consistent results and by the end of season I think he'll be wise enough to snag that win.

The speed he was going over the limit is minuscule, you can’t fine someone heavily for under a kilometre over the speed limit. The accuracy of the speedo comes into play at such minuscule (1%) infractions.
