I went with an f250 because of that. The prices of lite duty is too close ...for a 19 f250 CC Lariat diesel I gave $61k and it’s a heck of a machine. I would have gone Chevy if they had updated their HD’s lineup ...next year they will. They were missing so much stuff. I average 17 roughly on my 2500 miles so far on my 250 diesel.

One thing about chevy is I still havent found a comfortable seating position while driving, telescoping wheel isnt that great wish wheel and column was independently adjustable and the brake pedal is way too offset from gas pedal, it's like 2 inches closer which idk, makes it lil tough to get comfy with both pedals........but truck drives very nice and has excellent vision.....my last truck was 2005 so big change.......and I love the new styling on exterior, I know alot dont but I think it's best looking truck on market........and it was very "stiff" new but now is softening up a bit 2k miles later.......my pkg is between a ltz and lt, have RST all star conv 1....wish I would have sprung for conv 2 and got bucket seats tho.... Love enthusiasm Chad, I thought you were a salesman for that dealer, lol

Actually, the base seating in an LTZ is a bench in the front and you can get a consol on the LT if you get the convenience 2 package

Does the quality of plastic increase on the HD? I have a 2014 Texas addition 3500 and compare it to our 2013 HD 2500 that we have. You can tell the difference on the interior and especially on the door handles. On my Texas addition, I had to replace the door handles, which is very poor quality. Is there a package difference on this quality?

Chad thanks for the review. On the LTZ the dual chrome tipped exhaust only comes with the Z71 package. Believe me I spent 2 1/2 hours with my dealer going over option codes and packages special ordering my LTZ.

Break it down into a series where you do the exterior, interior, towing numbers, power numbers, and test drive. People are going to buy what they like anyway but but it should cause a royal rumble in the comment section which should equal more views and subscribers. Just a thought but if it is an inconvenience or not worth it then forget about it.

thats a great subject you bring up! $1000 is equal to about $20 in payments. So $100 higher payment is worth around $5000 more in price. So wow $700 more in payment is a pretty large difference in price between the two.

Juan, I would not want to just throw a figure out there. The payments range on interest rate that you will receive due to your credit score. Try Googling Payment Calculator and you can play with the number on there. Term is the Months. Most people are doing a 60 month loan on there cars. people that want lower payments do 72 months, but that causes the rate to be higher and thats a long time to have a car payment for.

Why would you choose a low level grouping LT and compare it to a high level LTZ? There are only a handful of options you cant get on the LT that you do on LTZ. Power folding mirror, vented seats, 6.2 v8.
