I'm not an expert whatsoever. But I have had a ton of phones.including the 21ultra, pixel 5, 4a5g and the OnePlus 9 pro. I've always preferred my pixel for portrait shots....but I just took a trip to Santa Cruz for 3 nights and took my 9pro and my pixel 4a5g. I swear to God my 9pro was killing it. I made the effort to take the same pic with both phones and almost every time my fam chose the 9pro. I can't believe I'm saying this but if I had to take 1 phone on vacation it will be with my 9pro. I'm really impressed

Weird that nobody ever use manual mode to take shots. Oneplus pro mod is probably the best camera I have ever used when it comes to mobile cameras. It just gives so accurate shots.
