This wouldn't target the mu receptors like tramadol does, it targets the underlying source of pain. Completely different.

@NatalieMars-lj2de It will since it addresses the issue at the voltage-gated sodium channels. Also there is a much better chance the enantiomers and analogs/variations bind even more strongly to the receptors. Ground breaking work.
