great review! on your board, vertex v1 doesn't sound deep enough compared to other switches in the video. in my rainy75 (ad other youtube videos) vertex v1 is deeper. on par with gat oil black.

Ok, so I am getting a GMK67, they have south facing RBG. these switches would block the rgb correct, since they are not clear? I don't really care about rgb anyway but just want to make sure, and so I buy keycaps that don't need shine throgh.

How would you describe the stem tolerance/wobble? I think after trying a handful of switches, this is what I've been really prioritizing now haha. The Vertex V1s sound amazing though! I'll definitely have to get myself a handful!

I would say it has that normal woblle from a nylon switch, i wouldnt say you would need filming on these but still up to you if ever!

Can this be an upgrade to my akko cream yellow? I had the morandi but the wobble was not for me so i went back to my cream yellow.. looking to upgrade else where, is this a better option? going for a creamy slightly deep sound sig. Thanks!

I would say material wise yes and upgrade from cream yellow and not to mention this feels more consistent in terms of the out of the box experience! Also this sounds more deeper than the cream yellows imo. Thank you for watching my review as well!

great video production! my 2c: these switches are actually insane for the price & the sound and feel is very, very good. I like what they did to make the final product stand out from the usual n+n+pom switch.

Quick question do these need filming since its a full nylon switch? Ive heard that for nylon material switches films are necessary?

good question but I still dont film mine as theres really no night and day diff whenever you have them in or not so thats just my preference.

How does vertex v1 compare with the akko cs piano (not pro)?

I would say the cs piano sounds more high pitch or clacky than the vertex, feel wise I could say vertex is smoother may it be lube or with the pre factory lube.
